Shared jewelry only works if it is genuinely clean. Every piece passes through the same process before and after every single rental — no exceptions, regardless of how lightly it was worn.
Inspection. Each returned piece is examined stone by stone for loose settings, clasp wear and any damage.
Cleaning. Pieces are cleaned with methods matched to their materials — Kundan, pearl, enamel and plated metals are each treated differently.
Sanitizing. Every surface that touches skin is sanitized.
Photography. Pieces are re-photographed so what you see is the actual condition of the piece you will receive.
Sealed packing. Cleaned pieces are sealed and stored until they ship.
Anything that does not pass inspection is pulled from the vault and repaired or retired. It never goes back out.
